Morgan Bench Cushion

the chest is cheap. The hinges don't work -they ship the wrong cushion and we hsdto pay to return it

They shipped the wrong cushion they took it out og my cart and just sent it. I had to send it back at my cost

The cushion was a pretty blue but did not fit like it was meant for the bench it was sold for. This cushion is too big depth wise. For $30 something dollars it should have come with a washable cover.

The presentation of this product was inaccurate. It is the cushion for a storage bench. It is several inches too short. The color may be what the tiny swatch showed online, but it was totally off from the color scheme in our room and does not match.

I ordered the optional cushion for the Morgan Bench I had previously purchased. When it arrived the size was off by 2 inches in each direction making it unusable. I spoke with 2 customer service reps and got no satisfaction. The last rep I spoke with indicated she would check with the manufacturer and determine if the correct size could be sent to me. I have left 2 voice mails since and the rep has failed to call me back or email me which she promised to do. She had given me her extension number to allow me to reach her directly if she failed to call me. At the time of the last call I made I was told the rep that she was in the office. I left a voice mail asking to be called. I am totally disguested at this point and would not order from hayneedle again.
It concerns me that in order to submit this review I must agree to allow hayneedle to exclude my review if they find it to be inappropriate.
