We purchased four cushions for our new kitchen chairs. It's always difficult to know exactly what the color will be, so we went by the name: "Brick red." Fortunately, the color matches exactly the description. We are extremely pleased, and feel the quality is excellent. They are very comfortable! My only comment is that the description of "tufted" led me to believe there would be "buttons" in the cushions. There aren't...but it may be more comfortable because of it. The cushion are tufted without buttons. I think that this will be fine because the quality is excellent, and I can't believe the manufacturer would do anything that wasn't in keeping with the superior quality. We are extremely pleased!!

Service and delivery comments:

We ordered these cushions between Christmas and New Year's. We expected a delay in handling and delivery. We were pleasantly surprised that there was no delay, an we received them on time and in excellent condition.

The materials and construction are sturdy and of superb quality. The color is exactly what I wanted. The only down side of my purchase is that my chair seats are round and the cushion is square. Since there is a tight fit when securely tied on, the shape discrepancy is not all that obvious. My perfectionists eye is still looking for a better fit, but since none seem to exist, I am adjusting!!

The Deauville tufted kitchen chair cushions are thick and comfortable; they fit perfectly on my chairs. However, I am VERY disappointed in them because the colors of the cushions are not as pictured on the web. I expected bright white and cobalt blue stripped cushions and, instead, I received gray and light blue stripped cushions. Shame on you! Other websites don't have a problem getting the colors right. Either update your technology or correctly display color.
