    Spruce up your old patio furniture or simply add comfort to a new piece with the 5ft Great American Porch Swing and Glider Cushion. Two ties will keep this cushion securely attached to your favorite patio chairs and piped edging gives them a stylish, finished look. Each cushion is filled with polyester fiber filling for softness and durability. All cushions are covered in polyester fabric except Newport Stripe, Sienna Stripe and Vanilla Bean Stripe which are covered in Olefin. We recommend spot cleaning with soap and water when necessary. Please measure your furniture carefully before ordering, and because of their hand-crafted construction, please allow for a .25-inch variance.

      I converted an open LACK bookcase from [...] which I laid down horizontally and added legs so I could use it as storage/bench for our entry hallway (see photo provided). I needed some kind of cushion to put on top of it so people wouldn't just sit on top of the hard wood. I searched far and wide and found this awesome cushion which was the exact width but just 1-foot short of the length of the bench.I had never ordered or purchased anything from HAYNEEDLE.COM but reading over their policies I felt comfortable to place my order for this item, plus they had the best price around with [...]the cushion was made well. It wasn't a super thick cushion but the cushion it did have provided the perfect amount of padding for my bookcase converted into a bench. I ordered the color WALNUT which matched perfectly with the dark brown color of the LACK bookcase. The dimensions were pretty spot on with the length just being half-inch shy of the 53-inches stated.I would not hesitate to order any item from HAYNEEDLE.COM again! Awesome online shopping experience and happy with purchase!

      Since this cushion is pictured with the swing I bought (Great American Classic Swing), I assumed it was a perfect fit. Wrong. The swing seat is 20" deep, while the cushion is only 14" deep. This leaves the piping on the cushion cutting into the backs of my legs. The swing is more comfortable without this cushion. I'm out $20 in restocking and shipping costs for a product I returned.

              I thought this cushion was weatherproof, meaning water would not soak through the cover. I put it on an outside patio porch swing and it rained the next day. The cushion inside was soaked. Also, the cover is made in China (but what isn't these days?). Can't Hayneedle find an American company to make these?
